What is Yoga? Yoga is an Indian originated traditional mental and physcial disciplines' exercise which sometimes also reffers as the meditative practices in some religions. The daily exercise of physical Yoga keeps the balance in the person's spirit, body and the mind and it keeps the nervous system calm.
